PKR Salute Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKR Salute ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the PKR Salute website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of PKR Salute after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

To use the PKR Salute platform you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

One account per player. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one PKR Salute account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PKR Salute will never ask you to share your password with any representative. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

• You must provide your real name — no aliases or business names are accepted for individual player accounts.
• Your registered payment methods must be in your own name.
• You must keep your contact information current. PKR Salute may be unable to process withdrawals if account details do not match payment records.
• Accounts registered using temporary email addresses or virtual phone numbers may be suspended pending verification.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on PKR Salute. By creating an account you declare that you are 18 years old or older. PKR Salute takes underage gambling seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy.

We may request proof of age at any point during your time as a player. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification showing your date of birth and photograph. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal of funds may be suspended.

If PKR Salute discovers at any point that an account was registered or used by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. No exceptions are made to this policy.

All financial transactions on PKR Salute are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier — full details are available on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

Deposits are generally credited to your PKR Salute balance within minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. In rare cases, delays may occur due to banking system issues outside our control. If a deposit has not appeared within two hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 1–3 hours of request submission.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 2–6 hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days, subject to receiving bank processing.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing.

PKR Salute does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside our control. Withdrawals may be subject to verification review before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts. We aim to complete these reviews within 24 hours of the request.

PKR Salute regularly offers bonuses, promotions and free bet opportunities to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of each offer. By claiming any bonus you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements. The majority of PKR Salute bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal of the bonus is permitted.

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds in your balance unless specified otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Each player is eligible to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring.
• Bonus validity periods (typically 7–30 days) are stated in each promotion. Unclaimed or unconverted bonuses expire automatically.
• Maximum bets while a wagering bonus is active may be restricted — check individual promotion terms.
• PKR Salute reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already legitimately claimed and in the process of being wagered.

All bets placed on PKR Salute are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport in question, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet you accept the odds, conditions and any applicable market rules as displayed at the time of placing.

Sports betting. Pre-match bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed. In-play bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance. PKR Salute reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In the event of a match being postponed before kick-off, all pre-match bets on that fixture are void and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after kick-off, settlement rules follow the specific sport's governing standards as outlined in our betting rules documentation.

Casino games. All casino games on PKR Salute operate on certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are tested by independent laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot are published by the respective game developer and are reproduced accurately on our platform. Casino game results are final once the round is complete. Malfunctions during a game — whether due to software error or connection interruption — void all affected bets, and the original stake is returned.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports markets and casino games. These are displayed within the game or betting interface. PKR Salute reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual players or markets at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR Salute. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one player account, regardless of the purpose.
• False identity: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Underage use: Registering or playing while under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools or any other system to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Any deliberate exploitation of bonus structures, including hedging, arbitrage or systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear bonus requirements.
• Fraudulent transactions: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment methods to fund your account.
• Match fixing: Any involvement in the fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Harassment: Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at PKR Salute staff, representatives or other players.

PKR Salute reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• Any provision of these Terms has been breached;
• The account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Requested identity verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe;
• The account poses a fraud, money laundering or regulatory risk;
• A responsible gaming concern has been identified and requires intervention.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, PKR Salute may forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real money balances will generally be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to PKR Salute, unless the balance was obtained through fraudulent means, in which case it may be retained pending investigation.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. If you close your account for responsible gaming reasons, re-registration will only be permitted after the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed.

PKR Salute is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some players, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after a set period of play.
• Loss limits: Cap your losses over a defined period.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from PKR Salute for a minimum period of 6 months.

Once a self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has passed. PKR Salute takes this seriously — any request to lift a self-exclusion before the period ends will not be actioned.

All content on the PKR Salute platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software code and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PKR Salute or its licensed content partners. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without the prior written consent of PKR Salute.

Game content is supplied under licence from third-party game developers. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content constitutes a breach of the developers' intellectual property rights as well as these Terms.

PKR Salute provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR Salute shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical malfunctions;
• Losses arising from bets placed during periods of clearly erroneous pricing, which PKR Salute reserves the right to void;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Third-party payment processing delays, errors or charges outside PKR Salute's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits PKR Salute's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

PKR Salute collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to this data processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with our legal obligations.

We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Account data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — contact us at support@pkrsalute.com to exercise these rights.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

PKR Salute reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account. Continued use of PKR Salute after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

By using PKR Salute you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
